A company in formation.
We are not hiring quickly. We are choosing carefully, because the early team and the early partner network will set the standard for the work the company will be known for. If you have the master builder posture. Design and construction held in the same hand, accountable for the whole, excellent in the parts. We want to talk.

What we look for.
A master builder is not a job title. It is a posture, and the people we want operate with it whether they are engineers, designers, advisors, or partners. Below are the properties we recognize when we see them.
You build to last.
You design for durability, not for the next funding round. The thing you ship should still be running, and still be valued, ten years from now. You work for the cathedral, not the contract.
You hand over the keys.
You do not engineer dependency. The customer or the colleague you work with should end with more capability than they started with. They should never be locked in to needing you.
The category is being built by a coordinated network of master builders. We are looking for the ones who recognize the posture in themselves.

Three ways to build with us.
There are three ways to be part of the work. Each is structured around the same posture and accountable to the same standard. The right one for you depends on the shape of what you do.
On the team.
Engineers, architects, and operators who want to build the platform itself, run the company that ships it, and grow into the kind of master builder that defines the category. We hire slowly because every hire shapes the standard.
In the partner network.
Systems integrators, industry-specialist consultancies, independent advisors. You bring the depth of a vertical, we bring the platform that operationalizes it. The customer ends with intelligence they own, shaped by the deepest experts in their industry.
What we ask of every builder
The standard is the bar.
These are the operating commitments we ask of everyone who builds with us, on the team or in the network. They are how the brand stays coherent as the work scales, and they are how the customer ends with the work they were promised.
Operate with accountability.
You are accountable for the whole of what you ship. The architecture, the infrastructure, the operation, the customer outcome. Excellence in the parts is necessary, but it does not substitute for accountability for the whole.
Refuse engagements that cannot produce value.
When the architecture suggests we cannot produce value for a customer, we say so. Saying yes to engagements that will fail is how brands lose credibility. We would rather tell a buyer no than ship a system that disappoints them.
Measure success in operational change.
Not pilots launched. Not features shipped. Not deals closed. Operational change in the customer's business. Measurable, attributable, durable. That is the standard of work.
Treat the customer as the owner.
The customer is the owner of the work, not the buyer of a service. Every decision we take, on the team or in the network, is taken from inside that frame.

Write to us.
If you recognize yourself in this, write to careers@mosaicsingularity.com (for joining the team) or partners@mosaicsingularity.com (for joining the network) and tell us what you would build.
How we engage
Three phases. One commitment.

Collaborative Ideation
We start with collaborative ideation, working closely to understand your vision, goals, and challenges. Open communication and brainstorming sessions make your objectives clear, ensuring a solution aligned with your vision.

Customization & Planning
After defining the idea, we focus on customization and planning, tailoring each project to your unique needs. This encompasses technology selection, project timelines, resource allocation, and milestone setting. Our plans are structured and flexible, adapting to changing circumstances.

Agile Execution & Continuous Improvement
Execution is where the magic happens, and this is where Mosaic Singularity truly shines. We employ an agile methodology, breaking the project into manageable phases with regular checkpoints. This approach offers real-time progress visibility, allowing for continuous refinement and adaptation based on your feedback. These three steps ensure that our solutions align with your vision, deliver tangible results, and surpass your expectations.
