Systems integrators and digital transformation firms.
Heart Beat Agents becomes the architectural substrate underneath your client engagements, deployed on the client's infrastructure, with you as the implementation lead. You bring the integration capability. We bring the platform you would otherwise have to build.
Industry-specialist consultancies.
You bring deep expertise in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, logistics, or whatever vertical you have spent a career in. We bring the platform that operationalizes that expertise as autonomous agents. The customer ends with intelligence the customer owns, shaped by the deepest experts in their industry.
The category will be built by a coordinated network of master builders, not by a single vendor.

How we work together.
We do not pursue partnerships that compromise customer sovereignty. Within that frame, we are flexible on commercial structure. We support reseller, co-delivery, and architectural partnership models. We license the platform on terms that protect partner economics.
Sovereignty is non-negotiable.
The customer always owns the infrastructure, the data, the agents, and the right to leave. Partner engagements are structured to reinforce that commitment, not to dilute it. Anything that compromises customer sovereignty is a partnership we will not pursue.
Partner economics, protected.
The license terms are designed to make the partner-led engagement work commercially without compromising the standard of work. Training, certification, and ongoing technical support are part of the partnership.
What we ask of every partner
The standard that holds the network.
The brand is the same posture across the network. These are the four operating commitments we ask of every partner who carries the platform into a customer engagement.
Operate with the same accountability.
You are accountable for the whole of what you ship. The architecture, the implementation, and the customer outcome. The brand standard travels with the work, regardless of which firm holds the contract.
Refuse engagements that cannot produce value.
When the architecture suggests value cannot be produced for a customer, we say so. Saying yes to engagements that will fail damages every partner in the network and every customer who has placed trust in the brand.
Measure success in operational outcomes.
Not deals closed. Not pilots launched. Operational change in the customer's business. Measurable, attributable, durable. That is the standard, and the network is held to it.
Treat the customer as the owner.
The customer is the owner of the work, not the buyer of a service. The platform, the data, the agents, the right to leave. All of it stays with the customer, and the partner reinforces that posture rather than diluting it.
